Church! It’s a bar! Fun for the whole family as long as they are 21+. Not for the lighthearted. Ping Pong Tourney’s are Monday at 9 PM; winner gets 2 free drinks and a King of Pops token. Table is open 365 5PM-3AM except Sunday which is 5PM-Midnight. Church is one of the most eccentric and unique establishments in Atlanta. The drinks are cheap, and everyone knows your name. You get a real sense of family within the Ping Pong community at Church. This is hands down my go to spot for Ping Pong most nights of the week and one of my favorite bars in the city.

Grindhouse has a pretty nice metal outdoor table and will always hold a very special place in my heart as it is where I learned the love of Ping Pong. Paddles and balls are usually decent enough here but can vary in quality. In my experience table wait time is generally not long but people can get really in the game

The slightly larger, closer, and less delicious of a special (Yes, the VIc Filet is Bae and the Vic Mac is just Okay). Slightly larger room with a shotgun door situation that leaves it anyone’s guess where the ball may go. There are some pretty serious players that go here; the crowd is very different than Church with a few familiar faces sprinkled in. Can be hit or miss depending on day / time with your chances of finding someone to play with. 80% of the time it’s a good crowd without a long line.
